Description
The resercher will work in the R&D department of a SME company. The department concerns advanced materials and it is focused on multilayer ceramic technology. The job consist on the development of ceramic base materials shaped by tape casting process, the design of product structures and product characterization. The researcher will work with a multidisciplinary team, including, PhD, engineers and technicians in the fields of chemistry, physics and material scientifics. The research activities of the department are focused on oxygen sensors, LTCC devices, SOFC materials, and new CMC. Depending background, knowlegde and skills, the researcher will work on the formulation of the slurry chemistry, the tape casting process devolpment, design and characterizacion of materials and final products. These products will be processed by multilayer ceramic technology and can include multilayer green tape, printing circuitry, fluidic design and cofiring process.
Requirements
PhD or equivalent in Engineering
