Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon (INA)
Zaragoza, Spain
Deadline: 15th of February 2014.

Description

POST-DOCTORAL POSITION AVAILABLE IN THE EUROPEAN PROJECT HECTOR (ERC, ADVANCED GRANT): “MICROWAVE-ASSISTED MICRO-REACTORS: DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGHLY EFFICIENT GAS PHASE CONTACTOR WITH DIRECT CATALYST HEATING".
Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technologies Department, Nanoporous Films and Particles Group (http://www.unizar.es/nfp/nfp.php?s=10), Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon, University of Zaragoza (Spain).
European project description: HECTOR aims to create microwave-absorbing sites in heterogeneous catalytic micro-reactors to enable efficient gas phase catalytic processing at comparatively lower bulk gas phase temperatures.
Research centre: The Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon (http://ina.unizar.es) is committed to performing excellent research on the fundamental and applied aspects of Nanoscience. It offers a highly interdisciplinary research environment, with state of the art synthesis and characterisation instruments.
