Manage all activities related to quality control operations and structural and functional characterization of the products produced by Curaxys. To carry out these operations manage your team training, documentation of all reports generated during the characterization process and ensuring quality control monitoring and GMP standard working procedures.

 

Requirements

 

- Researchers with a PhD or MSc degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or Chemistry engineering, with a minimum average qualification 1.7. The candidate has to demonstrate fluent English skills, which will be a key issue

- Experience in mass spectrometry (MALDI, MALDI-TOF) in characterizaction of proteins

- Skills in techniques molecular and cellular biology

- Mammalian cell culture and prokaryotics cultive

- Electrophoresis: SDS-PAGE (1-D, 2-D), Western-Blot

- Proteins quantification: Bradford, ELISA.

- Fluorescence microscopy.

- PCR and qPCR

- Gel documentation and analysis system

- Sonication

- Experience in development of binding assays (affinity, activity (ADCC/CDC), proliferation)

- Experience in flow cytometry

- Skills in purification techniques (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion chromatography) with FPLC

- Demonstrable Leadership skills, being able to manage, supervise and coordinate a department

- Working according to GMP standards

- Maintenance and redaction of Stardards Operating Procedures
