Description

 

 The Cellular Differentiation Group, lead by Dr. Maribel Parra at the Cancer Epigenetics and Biology Program (www.pebc.cat) of the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL) in Barcelona is looking for a PhD candidate to apply for the next 2013 FPU call from the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.

The Cellular Differentiation group is devoted to the study of the epigenetic mechanisms involved in the differentiation of hematopoietic cells. In particular, we investigate the role of histone deacetylases (HDACs) in the lineage commitment and differentiation of B lymphocytes (for additional information see www.pebc.cat Cellular Differentiation Group).

 

Requirements

 

Degree and Master in Life Sciences. Highly motivated. Degree scores minimum 2.5 (Spanish system).
