Description

 

The Life Sciences Department is offering a research support position in the "Electronic and Atomic Protein Modelling", within the framework of the European project: "Protein Energy Landscape Exploration, to develop the following functions:

 

- Development of algorithms for atomic topological analysis of molecules and to create force fields for these molecules
- Development of a Web server to our code PELE

 

Requirements

 

- Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science
- Programming C + + and Fortran

- Previous experience in biophysical simulations
- Knowledge of pharmacology
- High level of English
