Description
Astrobiology is a new and rapidly expanding field of science that aims to understand the origin, evolution and diversity of life on Earth, and investigate possible emergence of life elsewhere in the universe. The Stockholm University Astrobiology Centre invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher in the area of star formation and exoplanets. Apart from projects in the subject area, the successful applicant will be encouraged to work on existing and future cross-disciplinary projects within the centre, in particular on how to determine bio-signatures over astronomical distances.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a PhD degree by the starting date, but not older than 5 years.
