Description
ALBA is a 3GeV low emittance state-of-the-art third generation Synchrotron Light Facility located in Cerdanyola del Vallès near Barcelona. The facility is today open to external users. You will be part of the Electronics Section inside the Computing Division. Functions:
- Join to the Electronics group development projects.
- Electronics instrumentation support to Experiments Division.
- Upgrades in the accelerator control hardware.
Requirements
- 5 years university degree in electronics engineering, or equivalent.
- Electronics instrumentation knowledge.
- PCB circuit design (Altium Designer preferably).
- Analogue electronics design knowledge will be very valued.
- VHDL FPGA and microcontroller programming will be valued.
- Previous experience in R+D electronics department will be valued.
- Good team player.
- The working language is English.
